The Market Ready program adds no cost to the regular expenses of selling a property when you list with our broker. Our objective is to maximize the value of the estate’s property and contents while speed the process of selling it.
We’ll do all the legwork to prepare the property for sale. We’ll research vendors, appraisers and suppliers to help you obtain the best possible service at the lowest possible price. You also have the option of having the work performed by vendors you know. Either way, we’ll manage the details for you. We’ll meet with the vendors, help define the scope of the work to be performed and then we’ll monitor their progress.
Once the property’s contents have been carefully remediated and the cleaning and repairs are done, we’ll professionally stage the property to optimize its sales appeal. With our many years of experience, we will get your property Market Ready as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
